Free shipping

Free standard delivery worldwide for all orders. If you don't like a delivered work of art, you can return it within 14 days without giving reasons. The cost of the work of art will be refunded within a reasonable period of time.

How is the work shipped?

We send your work in custom-made art security packaging with our certified shipping partners. Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery is made from production to the delivery address you specify. Unfortunately, delivery to packing stations is not possible. If the carrier does not meet you, he will leave a message so that you can contact him directly and arrange a suitable date for you. Information about the delivery time is not binding, unless the delivery date has exceptionally and expressly been promised in writing.

What happens if a work arrives damaged after all?

Please check your delivery in the presence of the deliverer. If you notice any damage, you should refuse to accept the delivery. Please contact our customer service immediately so that they can arrange for a replacement. For a quick processing it is helpful to send photos to our customer service by e-mail to document the damage. If you have already received the goods and find that they are damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. Please keep the original packaging for any return shipment.
