Customers of ArteDei can return artworks within 14 days without giving reasons. To avoid damages etc. we recommend to use the original packaging for returns. As soon as we receive the parcel, we will arrange for a refund of the total amount paid to the means of payment used. Returns must be reported in advance to office@artedei.com, quoting the order number.

For all purchases made in November or December of a year, we grant an extended right of return in addition to our 14-day right of return, which extends up to and including 10th of January of the following year.

We ship internationally and currently do not charge any shipping costs. Our products are delivered by international shipping companies. We ship from Europe. Depending on the destination, shipping usually takes 2-7 days. We try to deliver our products within this time window.

ArteDei is an Austrian company based in Vienna.

All works at ArteDei are made in a limited edition. Usually these are 100, 200 or 500 pieces. So if, for example, 500 pieces of a work (no matter in which version) are sold, this edition is closed and the artwork is no longer offered for sale.
