The GTC apply to all deliveries and services to consumers and businesses.

2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase.
The contract is concluded as soon as you receive an order confirmation by email.

3. Prices
All prices are in euros (€) and include statutory VAT.
Shipping costs are included in the price unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change and errors excepted.

4. Payment terms
The following payment methods are available:
- Credit card (Stripe)
- Instant bank transfer / Klarna
- Purchase on invoice (Klarna)
Payment processing is handled via external payment service providers.

5. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
Production and delivery times may vary depending on the product, as these are individually made products (print-on-demand).
Deliveries are currently made within Austria and Germany.

6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Note:
As our products are individually made artworks, the right of withdrawal may be excluded pursuant to Section 18 (1) item 3 FAGG.

Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.

We are only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations.
Liability for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

We strive to present the products as realistically as possible.
Deviations in colour or presentation due to screen displays cannot be ruled out.

Use of the website is permitted for lawful purposes only.
It is prohibited to copy, distribute, or commercially use content from the website without consent.

All content (images, designs, texts) is protected by copyright.
Use without express consent is not permitted.

14. Final provisions
Austrian law applies, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Place of jurisdiction is Vienna, insofar as legally permissible.
Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
