4. Ownership of Artwork and Rights to the Motif
By acquiring an artwork from ArteDei, the buyer acquires ownership exclusively of the physical product delivered.
The acquisition of an artwork does not transfer any rights of use, publication, reproduction, editing, or exploitation of the underlying motif.
All copyright and usage rights remain with ArteDei or the respective rights holders.
Further rights of use can only be granted within the framework of a separate written license agreement.
5. Licensing
ArteDei offers individual licensing for selected works.
The use of works for events, presentations, publications, companies, marketing measures, or other projects requires a separate agreement.
